Order Processing & Custom Orders
We take great care in crafting and preparing your stair treads. Standard orders are typically processed within **1-3 business days**. If you’ve ordered a **custom size or color**, please allow additional processing time, usually **5-7 business days**. If you have special requests, feel free to reach out to our team before placing your order!
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange your stair treads, we accept unused and uninstalled items within **30 days of delivery**. Simply contact our customer support team, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that **custom orders** are final sale and cannot be returned.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, don’t worry—we’re here to help! Please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with photos of the damage, and we’ll work quickly to send a replacement. For lost shipments, we recommend checking with your local carrier first, but if you need assistance, our team is happy to help track it down.
